Advice Nurse
Registered nurses are available to provide enrolled veterans with free, confidential to health questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the Call Center, toll-free at 1-800-382-VETS (1-800-382-8387).
Appointment Scheduling
Make, cancel or change an appointment by calling the Call Center
at 1-800-382-VETS (1-800-382-8387) toll-free, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Billing Questions
For billing questions or concerns call the VA Health Revenue Center toll-free at 1-866-347-2353, 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Compensation and Pension
For questions regarding compensation and pension, please call the Compensation and Pension Office at the VA Mare Island Outpatient Clinic at (707) 562-8260.
